I started lifting again about 2 months ago. I lift three mornings a week (sun, tues, thurs) at 0500. It's usually 2-3 sets of 4 exercise series, with varying rep pattern each total body workout.

Question 1: my semi-pro fall tennis season is beginning and I need to add in tennis hitting sessions a few days a week. Which days would be best, to allow recovery?

Question 2: my tennis season matches will be on Sunday afternoons. What do you think about Sunday AM lifting? I will need legs for match.

Could EPC help me with decisions like these??
